Training sessions for children aged 6 + of all ability levels.

All sessions will be coached by current Director of Coaching for Triathlon Scotland (level 3 BTF qualified).

Where: Meet at David Lloyd Newcastle

When: Saturday 10.00am – 12.00pm

Start Date: 23rd May 2009

Cost: £3.00

Each session will work on the technical aspects of the disciplines as well as building up speed and endurance.
